Donnington Medical Practice Festive Bank Holiday 
PLEASE NOTE THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY 25TH DECEMBER 2025 & FRIDAY 26TH DECEMBER 2025.
We will re-open again on Monday 29th December 2025 @ 8.00am – usual surgery hours 08.00am to 6.30pm – these hours are the same for Tuesday 30th December 2025 & Wednesday 31st December 2025.
WE ARE CLOSED ON THURSDAY 1ST JANUARY 2026.
We will re-open again on Friday 2nd January 2026 @ 8.00am for surgery as usual.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our Patients a very Merry Christmas from all of the Doctors, Nurses, HCAs’, and the entire Team here at DMP
